An 18-year-old driver pleaded guilty Thursday to leaving the scene of a fatal accident in Erie County Court.
Devin Scagnelli faces seven years in state prison in the death of Ricky J. Mullar, who police said was out for his morning walk when he was struck from behind and killed by a vehicle Scagnelli was driving.
