A 52-year-old Losson Road man has been ordered to serve a 30-day jail term by Cheektowaga Town Justice Paul S. Piotrowski on his guilty plea to a driving while under the influence of drug linked to a Cheektowaga car crash, officials said Thursday.
Gerald J. Rogacki Jr. was arrested after the June 10, 2013 crash at Union Road and Galleria Drive and charged with driving while his ability was impaired by both drugs or alcohol He pleaded guilty to the drug-related count. The judge told him jailing was warranted because it was his fourth conviction for driving under the influence of either alcohol or drugs.
