Please note **Persons needing assistance after 4:00 pm, or on weekends may contact our dispatch personnel at 716-686-3501 and request the assistance of an on duty traffic officer. If you are only available during the evenings or on weekends please mention this to our dispatch personnel.
Choosing a day and time does not guaranty the booking. You must receive a phone call or email indicating CONFIRMATION of the appointment. ( a PENDING email reply is not complete confirmation of the appointment). Due to the nature of Police work, even a confirmed appointment may need to be rescheduled at any time. We apologize if your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
At the time of appointment, you must bring: 1- The car seat 2- The car seat manual 3- The vehicle you plan to use 4- The owner’s manual for the vehicle you plan to use
