Notice is hereby given that the City of Buffalo, in partnership with the County of Erie, the City of Lackawanna and the Towns of Amherst and Cheektowaga, is participating in a grant sponsored by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. The Gun Involved Violence Elimination initiative (GIVE) provides state funding to local law enforcement agencies for equipment, overtime and personnel, as well as focused training and technical assistance.
